We are now looking for a Team Assistant & Happiness Manager (all genders) to join our team in Munich. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, loves to support others, and thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll be the heart of the office, playing a key role in supporting both our team and company culture.
What you can expect at lehof:
- Daily office coordination and administrative support for the management and wider team
- Planning and organization of team events, meetings, offsites, and celebrations
- Acting as the go-to person for all office-related needs — from ordering supplies to keeping our space welcoming and well-organized
- Supporting onboarding processes and helping new team members feel right at home
- Managing calendars, appointments, travel planning, and internal communication
- Supporting in organizing client visits and coordinating hospitality
- Helping to maintain a positive and vibrant office culture that reflects lehof’s values
- Collaborating closely with HR and Operations on internal initiatives and wellbeing projects
- Bringing good vibes, positive energy, and always having an open ear for the team
What we are looking for:
- A completed apprenticeship or degree in office management, business administration, hospitality, HR, or a related field
- First relevant professional experience in office management, assistance, hospitality, or HR support
- Strong organizational talent, reliability, and a proactive working style
- A friendly and communicative personality with a passion for creating a great workplace atmosphere
- The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- A love for teamwork and people-centered work – you’re approachable, service-minded, and supportive
- Ideally, interest or experience in internal communication, team culture, or event planning
