• Build and execute SEO & GEO strategies (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Optimize content and platforms for search engines & AI-driven systems
• Drive technical SEO, performance, and structured data
• Develop scripts, tools, and automations to scale impact
• Collaborate with strategy, creative & dev teams on AI-ready experiences

• Experience in SEO / Technical SEO or search-focused engineering
• Strong analytical & technical skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Curiosity for AI, LLMs, and the future of search
• Proactive, hands-on mindset & team spirit
• Fluent in German & English
