We are now looking for a (Junior) Project Manager to join our Team in Munich, to help coordinate and manage an international client project This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced environment and help build the future of lehof.

• Leadership and coordination of international project and creative teams
• Proactive interface between agency, clients, and suppliers
• Management of timelines and ensuring on-time delivery of creative assets
• Development and delivery of compelling client presentations
• Quality assurance of all creative deliverables
• Strategic communication with suppliers and continuous expansion of the expert and supplier network
• A highly motivated and collaborative work environment in an innovative and international setting
• Insights into all areas of integrated communication: Gain knowledge in strategy, creative campaigns, and media solutions as you support the growth of our diverse portfolio of global brands.

• A degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
• 1-2 Years of Work experience as Project Manager in an Agency / Consultancy or comparable experience
• High initiative and proactivity: You are motivated, take ownership of your tasks, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
• A strong desire to grow both professionally and personally, striving to achieve success and reach new heights in your career.
• Team-oriented with an ambition to help build and expand our Account Management team.
• Passion for Agency Work: You enjoy working with clients, building relationships, and driving business success.
• Strong communication skills: A natural ability to engage, connect, and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Organizational skills: Attention to detail and first experience in project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
