To support our leadership team and keep our operations running smoothly, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager with a strong focus on accounting and billing.

- Preparatory accounting, invoicing & expense management
- Coordination with external accounting partners
- Organization of team events & office wellbeing
- Office management & process support
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Executive Assistance, Office Management or similar roles
- Strong accounting mindset & attention to detail
- Highly organized, proactive & reliable
- Fluent in German & English
