We developed a new strategy for internal communication platform for BMW, simplifying complex topics and fostering collaboration across departments. Through producing of engaging content like videos, photos, and articles, along with community involvement, we increased shared knowledge and created a dynamic, interactive platform for employees.

The Challenge

BMW asked us to simplify the communication of complex topics across its global organization, aiming to foster innovation exchange between departments and create engaging internal content. They also wanted to produce exciting assets (videos, photos, articles) on a Germany-wide scale and boost community involvement to enhance employee engagement.
