We are now looking for an Account Manager to join our Team in Munich, to help manage the projects of our clients and expand client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced environment and help build the future of lehof.

What you can expect at lehof:

  • Conception and implementation of 360° campaigns as well as management of the project and creative teams
  • Proactive liaison between agency, suppliers, and clients
  • Development of strategic foundations for existing and new clients
  • Budget management and planning of the agency budget, cost control, and invoice verification
  • Creation and delivery of client presentations
  • A highly motivated and collaborative work environment in an innovative and international setting
  • Insights into all areas of integrated communication: Gain knowledge in strategy, creative campaigns, and media solutions as you support the growth of our diverse portfolio of global brands.
  • Client relationship management: Support the development and expansion of existing client partnerships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
  • 1-2 Years of Work experience as Account Manager in an Agency / Consultancy
  • High initiative and proactivity: You are motivated, take ownership of your tasks, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • A strong desire to grow both professionally and personally, striving to achieve success and reach new heights in your career.
  • Team-oriented with an ambition to help build and expand our Account Management team.
  • Passion for Agency Work: You enjoy working with clients, building relationships, and driving business success.
  • Strong communication skills: A natural ability to engage, connect, and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills: Attention to detail and first experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
