We are now looking for a (Junior) Sales Development Representative to join our Client Development Team in Munich, to help drive new business and expand client relationships. We’re searching for a Junior Sales Development Representative who’s ready to take initiative, drive business development, and play a key role in building out our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced environment and help build the future of Lehof.
What you can expect at lehof:

- Initiating new business contacts: Play a key role in building long-term client relationships, supporting the overall growth strategy, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales campaign management: Help plan and execute targeted sales campaigns, from preparation to execution, ensuring success and high-quality results.
- Networking and outreach: Attend events and client meetings, with a focus on building connections and driving engagement with prospective clients.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct research and define target groups to identify opportunities.
- Brand awareness: Help raise awareness of lehof’s services and position our company and brand in the market.
- Client relationship management: Support the development and expansion of existing client partnerships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
- A degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
- High initiative and proactivity: You are motivated, take ownership of your tasks, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- A strong desire to grow both professionally and personally, striving to achieve success and reach new heights in your career. Team-oriented with an ambition to help build and expand our sales team.
- (First) Experience in Inbound Marketing is highly appreciated – understanding how to generate leads and nurture relationships.
- Initial experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within the marketing or agency sector.
- Passion for sales: You enjoy working with clients, building relationships, and driving business success.
- Strong communication skills: A natural ability to engage, connect, and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
- A passion for connecting with clients and driving long-term growth.
- Organizational skills: Attention to detail and first experience in project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
